Past event: Lean Six Sigma for MRO Forum - Americas

The aviation MRO industry constantly strives for higher profit margins, gaining a larger market share and maintaining lower operation costs. Regardless of how complex MRO processes are, customer demands require operational efficiency to maximize on existing resources, while reducing turnaround time (TAT) and overhead costs.

Lean and Six Sigma are no longer innovative trends, but necessities for staying ahead of global competition.

Aviation Week’s 5th Edition of Lean Six Sigma for MRO takes the next step into CPI (Continuous Process Improvement) applications, bringing together Lean Six Sigma experts and MRO leaders to share lessons and solutions that you can take back to your operations and implement for immediate improvement.

This year’s main topics to be discussed include:

  • Workforce culture change
  • Making the most out of your resources
  • Identifying proper and accurate metrics
  • Maintaining consistent output throughout implementation
  • Continuous commitment from leadership
