biogas sector in the Netherlands has the potential to produce 1.2 billion m3 of biogas or 0.75 billion m3 of biomethane, increasing to 3.7 billion and 2.2 billion m3 respectively by 2030 (Green Gas Forum, 2014). Significant growth is expected in biogas from manure, sewage sludge, grass and seaweed.

During the afternoon of Tuesday 12th November, prior to the conference, a limited number of conference delegates will receive the unique opportunity to visit Orange Gas sewage plant in Beverwijk and CNG station.
