Past event: Autonomous Capabilities for DoD Summit

Enhancing Autonomous Systems to Achieve Mission Impact at Scale

The 5th Annual Autonomous Capabilities for DoD Summit will provide a 'town-hall' style forum to discuss the advanced capabilities that AI-enabled autonomous systems and machine learning provide to the Warfighter in the battlespace, and how these transformative technologies are revolutionizing current and future DoD efforts to achieve mission success at scale. This event will focus on current initiatives across the DoD to integrate AI to transform U.S. joint warfighting processes, as well as to enhance both the situational awareness and decision making for our nation's Warfighters.

Open to U.S. and FVEY Nation's Citizens ONLY

Current Health and Safety Protocols

Topics to be Covered at the 2021 Summit:

  • Driving the transformation of U.S. joint warfighting & departmental processes through the integration of artificial intelligence
  • Utilizing the DoD's digital transformation to generate the Military Internet of Autonomous Systems for Multi-domain Access (MIASMA)
  • Leading USD R&E efforts toward accelerating AI & autonomous system modernization
  • Rapidly integrating & synchronizing AI across the Army & the DoD
  • USAF Strategic Vision: Leveraging advances in AI to enhance decision-making for the Airmen
  • Implementing autonomous capabilities to increase the overall power of Naval platforms
  • Developing & driving autonomous capabilities & technologies in support of the future MAGTF
  • Optimizing advanced AI & autonomous technologies to increase a Warfighter's situational awareness
  • Integrating enhanced autonomous technologies to transform Army's Robotics and Autonomous Systems (RAS)

Why You Should Attend this Year's Summit

The global Artificial Intelligence market for the military industry is expected to reach $11.6 Billion by 2025. such increases in RDT&E funding & the integration of emerging technologies is increasingly being requested to bolster current and future DoD efforts to achieve mission impact at scale. The 2021 Autonomous Capabilities for DoD Summit will provide a 'town-hall' style forum to discuss the advanced capabilities that AI-enabled autonomous systems and machine learning provide to the Warfighter in the battlespace. At this event, various initiatives across the DoD to implement AI to transform U.S. joint warfighting processes will be detailed.

This Summit will also offer perspectives from Senior level leaders across the DoD and Military Services on how leveraging AI & other autonomous technologies will be key to their future modernization efforts and keeping pace in the Great Power Competition. Effectively identifying these capabilities and integrating them across the Joint Force is vital to helping the Warfighter to be more adaptive, lethal, & competitive in the future high-end fight. The application of these capabilities & the increase of human-machine teaming across the military services can help minimize the number of Warfighters in harm's way and enable critical new mission sets that would have never been possible. Attendees at this event will have the opportunity to hear about how the DoD is pushing for the rapid application and insertion of autonomous capabilities across DoD systems and platforms. The DoD continues to push for increased strategic partnerships with industry as well as the educating of young Warfighters on AI software systems; ultimately, to help the joint force leverage such innovations in future all-domain operations.

Our team specializes in the extensive research and development of our Summits' content and focus areas, and we will assemble the most respected minds in Autonomy, AI, and machine learning, to include key policymakers across military and civilian offices.
