This year's forum will examine progress made in Army's Future Vertical Lift (FVL) program, particularly regarding the FARA & FLRAA aircraft; provide an update on the Air Force's current initiatives for the NGAD program & show how military & industry have leveraged the MOSA approach to fundamentally transform acquisition. This approach is helping to bring about the fielding of new avionic platforms, that are increasing competition as well as a system of systems approach. Attendees at this event will have the chance to hear about how this interoperable strategy has been rolled out & made a priority by all the services, as a way help the Warfighter achieve & maintain dominance in the air. Enhanced training methods, as well as technologies such as Air Launch Effects are enabling the Warfighter to fly at the lower tier of the airspace to avoid the anti-access/area denial capabilities of advanced adversaries.
