Past event: Air Land integration conference

The Air Land Integration Conference will be held in Reading, United Kingdom on the 7th & 8th June 2023.

The 2023 ALI Conference will examine how UK Defence and key partners will re-orientate ALI from COIN to Large Scale Combat Operations.  It will build upon the 2022 ALI conference theme of Adapting the Fight; and look at ALI in a contested environment where we will need to seek the integration of all domains. The conference will be organised by Omega Conferences and Events, and be attended by industrial partners; ALI practitioners from the UK, NATO and wider; DE&S and the Air and Army capability customer.   

The conference will be run in cooperation with the Joint Air Liaison Organisation at RAF Air Command.

Who attends?

The ALI Conference will be attended by requirements and acquisition officials from the Land and Air Systems divisions on national procurement bodies, as well as senior military Officers from nations across the world. Also present will be the senior management of the leading industry contractors providing relevant technologies.

Agenda Objectives:

The briefings currently being arranged will deliver a UK and International ALI overview with highlights as follows:
  • Day 1 Morning: Context of current operating environment - Prof Bronk
  • Day 1 Morning : AVM Robinson plus 1 additional 2 star "Operate" briefing
  • Day 1 Afternoon: 2 x 2 Star "Capability" briefings
  • Day 2 Morning: BM4CI briefings
  • Day 2 Afternoon: International Schoolhouse and Training briefings
