Global Maritime Decarbonisation 2025

LNG Bunkering & Future Fuel Global Summit 2025

May 6-8, 2025 - Amsterdam, Netherlands

Collaborating to Drive the Global Decarbonisation of the Maritime Industry

The maritime industry has been slow to act on decarbonization despite IMO30 and IMO50 targets, but with non-compliance carrying financial penalties starting in 2025 due to EU ETS and FuelEU Maritime impacting all large ships operating in Europe, and we look to spring 2025 as IMO are set to release their midterm measures, the urgency is now undeniable. These regulations force immediate action, but individual stakeholders can't tackle alone.

Over the past decade, we've built a strong community through the LNG Bunkering and Future Fuels Global Summit, and as the industry's focus on decarbonisation intensifies, we've expanded our scope to reflect this shift. The Global Maritime Decarbonisation Summit will now encompass not only the original LNG brand and community, but also will include a methanol, ammonia and other alternatives event, alongside a broader stream on digitalization and decarbonisation beyond the fuel.

Benefits of Attending

  • Advance your decarbonisation strategy for 2025 and beyond by engaging directly with stakeholders including fuel suppliers and industry leaders and understanding the market projected availability
  • Gather in one central forum to discuss not only current operational challenges within well-established LNG pathways, but also what viability in the multi-fuel approach there is for your fleet
  • Prepare your organisation for FuelEU Maritime and EU ETS compliance by learning from experts, and gain a competitive edge through new technology and infrastructure in emerging fuel sectors.
  • Strengthen your prominence in the industry by connecting with those that are well established partners of the event, and many new key stakeholders that are pivotal to decarbonisation in the industry
  • Share ideas and collaborate on new innovations with mitigating the emissions from current shipping, through detailed discussions on methane slip technology, carbon capture, and the costs associated.

Found the event informative, a lot of various perspectives for everyone in the industry and a good balance.

Trevor Quillin – Partners Group

The connections that you can make has been the favourite part of the event." What would you say to someone looking to attend next year? "This is the probably the best LNG Bunkering show, if they wanted to make key connections, then they should definitely attend.
