Terms of Participaiton and Cancellation Policy
Registration includes access to all seminar sessions, coffee breaks, receptions, and meals associated with your Registration Type. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and hotel accommodations.
Cancellations received 10 working days before the conference will receive a refund, less a $50 administration fee. Registrations may be transferred to another member of the same organization, if notification is received via email at least one day prior to the conference. If the event is cancelled, the conference registration fee will be refunded, and the organizer will not be held liable for any other expenses.
