Terms & Conditions
By registering for an event organized by Aeropodium, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
The
delegate fee for an event (conference or seminar) includes access to
the event, the networking breaks as described on the event site, and the
event proceedings.
The delegate fee must be paid in full before the date of the event in the currency quoted on the event site.
The delegate badges will be collected at the registration desk of the event.
Substitutions
for delegate bookings are allowed at any time and cancellations that
are received in writing up to 30 days prior to the date of the event
will be refunded (-10% administration fee). No cancellations and
requests for refunds can be accepted in the final 30 days prior to a
conference or seminar.
Cancellations for sponsorship and exhibition
bookings that are received in writing up to 30 days prior to the date of
the event will be refunded (-10% administration fee) unless the
official logo of the sponsor/exhibitor has been published on the event
website or in any marketing material. No cancellations and requests for
refunds can be accepted in the final 30 days prior to a conference or
seminar.
No cancellations and requests for refunds can be accepted for the purchase of event proceedings and publications.
If an event organized by Aeropodium is cancelled for any reason, only the delegate fee only will be reimbursed.
