Design Thinking 2017 isn't your typical user conference. The event gathers the many practitioners, in and outside of the design function, who've identified Design Thinking as a useful problem-solving tool. Featuring plenary keynotes/panels and interactive track workshops, plus a master class termed Design Thinking University, you'll gain the insights and inspiration you need to operationalize Design Thinking both functionally and as a business strategy. Unfamiliar with the Design Thinking process? Here's a quick primer:
Empathize - Fully understand the perspective of your user or customer. Look through their eyes.
Define - Based on your empathy, culminate your findings to determine your problem statement and what will be the focus of your design,
Ideate - Generate a large pool of various possible solutions, leaving no stone unturned to explore solutions beyond the obvious.
Prototype - Transform conceptual ideas into a physical, tangible form in which you and your peers can interact.
Test - Try out refined prototypes, garner feedback, learn more about the user and their experience, and refine your perspective.
Iterate - Continue repeating the process, maintaining continuous focus on the user or customer.
