Past event: Clinical Trial Billing Compliance Boot Camp

Become Clinical Trial Billing Proficient at the Only Hands-On Workshop to Guide You Through All of Your Billing Compliance Challenges

The Clinical Trial Billing Boot Camp has undergone a face lift for 2017! With more time with our team of experts, you will have the opportunity to interact with a billing compliance network. Our goal is for you to bring a pending study and work on it while you are at the boot camp so you can get questions answered for real life scenarios. You will leave the boot camp with the start of a coverage analysis that you can take home as a tool to begin a process for billing compliance.

Join us for all-new updated content as we help you through the coverage analysis and billing process with ease by:
  • Knowing the coding required by payers and how to place claims when appropriate
  • Describing CMS rules, statutes, regulations, manuals, transmittals and guidelines
  • Applying the essentials for determining the 'qualifying' status of a clinical trial
  • Participating in team exercises to better understand the process of determining routine costs within guidelines, NCDs and LCDs
  • Writing consent language to ensure billing compliance

At this event, you will learn how to:

  • Apply correct contract language that matches consent and coverage analysis
  • Analyze your bill queue process and refine it to use a solid coverage analysis
  • Understand coding requirements by from government entities and commercial payers
  • Determine when you need coding on claims
  • Assess system challenges and how to use a CTMS for compliance
