Past event: Military Healthcare Convention & Conference 2011

  • Conference & Exhibition: December 6-7
  • Workshops: December 5 & 8

Welcome to the West Coast’s must-attend conference for the military medical community - sharing critical information & best practices from pre-deployment to veterans care!

Taking care of our service members health and wellness is priority one during wartime and peacetime, pre-deployment and post-deployment, CONUS and OCONUS, for both active duty and veterans. Identifying and addressing the healthcare needs of our service members is imperative—eliciting the need for a national, joint service event for the military healthcare community to share critical information and best practices.

The 2011 Military Healthcare Convention & Conference – San Diego (MHCC – San Diego) provides a unique platform for military and non-military healthcare professionals to convene, and fosters the joint development of strategies to standardize care for service members throughout the continuum from pre-deployment to reintegration.

IDGA's MHCC - San Diego aims to deliver a national, large-scale military medical event where healthcare professionals (military, TRICARE and non-military) can come to learn best practices in their disciplines and the continuum of care.

MHCC – San Diego is geared to provide doctors, nurses, medics, and other medical professionals with responsibilities in medical caregiving, medical operations, medical training, medical logistics, medical IT and medical supplies with a focused, dedicated event to address the latest in the continuum of care and how their piece affects the rest of the care chain.

This includes the need for electronic medical health records that are updated through each level of care – from the battlefield to the rehabilitation and VA phases – this is your chance to come together with the greater military healthcare community and their supporting product and service providers!

The conference will delve into the details of the following key topics:
