Land ISR & C2 Battle Management Conference

29 May, 2018 - 31 May, 2018, London, United Kingdom

The first international event of its kind, Land ISR & C2 Battle Management will be a unique opportunity for intelligence officers, combatant commanders and land force leaders to compare contemporary doctrinal thinking and perspectives on the future operating environment, assess the gaps in how we organise, train and equip land forces to collect, analyse and exploit information, and, finally, debate and discuss how we can better integrate intelligence into combined arms, multi-domain battle at the tactical and operational levels.

Whilst acknowledging today’s threats posed by both non-state and near-peer actors and the emergence of 'multi-domain' concepts of operation, the Land ISR conference will also encourage a dialogue between military and industry about the global phenomena that will shape the future land domain - rising populations and mega cities, ungoverned spaces, socio-economic decline, unforeseen technological evolutions - and ultimately reshape the operational requirements of the future land force as a consequence.

The Programme in Brief

  • The Drivers of Change and Complexity in the Land Domain
  • Prosecuting C2ISR in Ambiguous, Hybrid Conflict Scenarios
  • ISR and C2 Battle Management Technology Gaps, R&D and Future Requirements
  • Perspectives from Special Operations Forces
  • Situational Awareness and Information Assurance in Contested Spaces
  • Multi-Domain C2 in Future Land Environments
