This 4-day SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) training prepares you to become a change agent who leads the transformation. You will learn how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation by leveraging the practices and principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You will also learn how to effectively coach programs, to launch Agile Release Trains (ARTs), to build a continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture and to empower a Lean portfolio.
The first 2 days of the training - Leading SAFe - will provide you with the basics to teach SAFe to others. The final 2 days focus extensively on what it takes to successfully implement SAFe in your organization.

SAFe 5.0 Program Consultant (SPC) exam is designed to measure knowledge and skills related to the SPC job role. The official
SAFe 5.0 Program Consultant (SPC) exam is a web-based (single browser), closed book and timed exam. You have 2 hours to complete the exam that consists of 60 multiple-choice questions. The passing score is 75% (45 out of 60 questions).

All stakeholders in a Lean-Agile transformation are welcome to attend the SPC training, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the
SAFe 5.0 Program Consultant (SPC) certification exam and practice as a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC):
- 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis or product or project management
- 3+ years of experience in Agile
- one or more relevant Agile certifications

The first
SAFe 5.0 Program Consultant (SPC) exam attempt is included in the training fee if the exam is taken within 30 days after completion of the SPC training.
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) - exam retake policy
The second attempt of the
SAFe 5.0 Program Consultant (SPC) exam (first retake) can be done immediately after the first attempt. The third attempt requires a 10-day wait period. The fourth attempt requires a 30-day wait period. Each retake attempt costs $ 250.
