Combat Air Power for Contested Environments

The International Fighter Conference (IFC), now in its 22nd year, has gained a reputation as the world's premier event for all elements of the fighter aircraft community. We are delighted to confirm the 2022 IFC will take place in Berlin.

With many nations having announced their future fighter platform, discussions will shift to cover in more detail Manned-Unmanned Teaming (MUM-T); Artificial Intelligence (AI); sustainment and logistics; electro-magnetic spectrum superiority; Live Virtual and Constructive (LVC) Training, weapons systems; and the collection, fusion and use of data, as well as the future role of the pilot, and national presentations on force structure and programme updates.

Attracting over 250 attendees drawn from both senior military officers and industry personnel spanning from the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia the forum provide an annual opportunity for experts to keep at the cutting edge of airpower delivery in a quickly evolving operating environment

Top 4 Reasons to Attend IFC

  • Define a light attack blueprint which can support the delivery of decisive air-ground capability in the permissive operating environment
  • Integrate cyber, EW and the electromagnetic spectrum to sustain the operational edge in a contested battlespace
  • Optimise the management and fusion of data to support the attainment of information dominance for air operations and the joint force
  • Improve the training model by blending live and synthetic approaches, and support rapid and effective decision-making for the data-age pilot
