This event has already taken place.
This page shows historical information on the National Summit on Hypersonic Weapons Systems 2023, held on April 25-26, 2023 in Arlington,
VA,
United States
The new edition of this event will be held on April 1-2, 2025
The 2nd Annual National Hypersonic Weapons Systems Summit 2023 will comprehensively analyze the DoD's approach to the ongoing global proliferation of hypersonic weapons, giving attendees the opportunity to hear about advancements in Hypersonic weapon technologies amid the current backdrop of strategic competition from Russia and China. Participate in special industry and DoD panel discussions with JIAMDO on countering Hypersonic threats, as well as U.S. Space Force - Space & Ground based Hypersonic tracking and sensor technologies needs and requirements.
Be a part of the discussions on the emerging capabilities for this latest rapidly advancing defense technology, with Aerojet Rocketdyne, CUBRC, Inc., Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems, Defense Intelligence Agency, OUSD, USN, USSF, DoD, and so many more.
With the proliferation of hypersonic systems increasing with both emerging and near peer adversaries the speed at which the U.S. needs to research, develop and advance U.S. hypersonic weapon technologies is at a critical stage. This summit will address these critical needs in advancement as well as how to use these technologies to further develop & enhance our global posture.
Our interactive event will not only give you unprecedented close-up access to hypersonic experts each discussing the DoD's approach to the ongoing global proliferation of hypersonic weapons, but will also give you opportunities for one-on-one networking with the people you want to learn and hear from the most.
Our highly comprehensive agenda cover topics ranging from defining mission requirements, advancements in R&D, emerging testing and fielding, necessary mission requirements and way forward as hypersonic weapons are further adopted into a joint operational doctrine.
April 2023 will include
30+ Expert Speakers found in no other setting offering attendees two full days of can't miss topics and unsurpassed on-to-one networking opportunities

These gatherings are important to bring together the program and policy communities to compare notes about the hypersonic strike enterprise. It’s an opportunity to connect with government, military, and industry representatives to think through the challenges and the place of strike and defense, as well as all that goes into them, from space sensors and thermal protection systems to budgets and the testing ecosystem, and the industrial base behind each of them.
This was a fantastic opportunity to engage with the leading minds in hypersonic research! I loved the panels and discussions on current challenges and progress, and I thoroughly enjoyed the dialogue and questions from the group during the Warfighter Integration panel. I look forward to attending this conference again next year!
The conference was exceptional beneficial to me because of the many subject matter experts and thought leaders in hypersonic technology speaking and participating on the panels. The keynote speakers were thought provoking and informative.
A perfect balance of government’s vision, industry’s leadership and networking opportunities.
