United States
The new edition of this event will be held on March 11-13, 2025
'The future car will have connectivity. I see endless opportunities for engineers to help design better engineering products and services, to help diagnose quality issues quickly and ensure our customers are least impacted.' Quote from one of the big 3 Michigan OEMs
Connected vehicles has been a topic of discussion for a long time, and it has only gotten hotter as the US administration commits to making significant investments in connected infrastructure.
Efforts are underway at OEM companies to use connected vehicle technology and vehicle analytics data to optimize cost, improve vehicle design and re-design and accelerate L4/L5 autonomy.
OEMs are no longer in the exploration phase; they are in the phase of implementation and refining the existing set of tools and solutions. Vehicle manufacturers are now starting to double down on the use cases that are going to help extract value, expand their capabilities, and provide customers with higher levels of engagement whether they are occupying their vehicles or not.
The 4th Annual Connected Vehicles USA 2024 event returns to Ann Arbor, Michigan in March 2024. We're inviting you to join the experts from the Greater Detroit Area and beyond, as they address your biggest vehicle connectivity challenges, present practical solutions to help design better products and services, diagnose quality issues much quicker and ensure customers are least impacted.
Focus on Security & The Actual Threat Landscape for Connected Vehicles Understand what the actual security concerns are for connected vehicle technology and what OEM's should be defending against.
Use Cases of Connected Vehicle Data Analytics Brainstorming around vehicle analytics to optimise costs within the organisation, new product re-design and advanced L4/L5 autonomy.
Understand How Software Defined Vehicles Change the In-Vehicle Architecture in Connected Vehicles Comprehend the impact SDVs will have to enable connected features and service that customers will expect from connected vehicles.
How V2X Technology Can Improve Safety for VRU's How do we start thinking of connectivity as not just an ‘entertainment feature’ but also as a ‘safety feature’.
What to Expect at the Connected Vehicles Conference
50+ Speakers - Experts from leading OEMs, Tier-1s, and suppliers of new technologies
250+ Attendees - Senior Directors, VPs, Lead & Technical Engineers from Vehicle Connectivity, Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence
45+ Hours of Content - Technical Presentations, Panel & Roundtable Discussions, Fireside Chats & More
D&I in Automotive Breakfast - Open to All Attendees
This was a great event because there was a mix of both breakout sessions, panels and solo speakers. The content was good and I was able to reach out or talk with companies I thought were of interest.
This event has great value due to 2 things: (1) allowing the various speakers to express their ideas/opinions, and (2) allowing enough time for networking and 1:1 discussions to further delve into that speaker's ideas and additional topics.
This represents a great center place to align on future industry trends and collectively enhance our experience to customers.
