Military Airlift and Air-to-Air Refuelling 2024 Conference

Bringing Together National and Multinational Perspectives on Air Mobility and Tanking

December 3-4, 2024 - Madrid, Spain

We are delighted to announce the return of the 25th annual Military Airlift and Air-to-Air Refuelling conference, taking place on the 3-4 December 2024.

Building on our acclaimed 2023 edition, the conference remains the preeminent forum for the international air mobility and airlift community - providing critical perspectives from heavy and tactical airlift, rotary wing and AAR industries.

We are also delighted to, once again, to run the post-conference site visit, available to all registered attendees, on December 5th. This year we are visiting the Getafe Air Base, a short distance from the conference hotel, to be welcomed by the Spanish Air and Space Force and to view the airlift and AAR capabilities deployed by the Spanish Air and Space Force - including the C-295, A400M and MRTT.

Benefits of attending

  • Listen to briefings from key allied partners across the strategic and tactical airlift sectors and develop an understanding of programme developments and future requirements
  • Refined focus on the air-to-air refuelling market and how this critical enabler provides mission support
  • Industry presentations from key commercial partners across the domain
  • Learn about key topics within the Military Airlift and AAR community including rotary wing AAR and airlift, resource pooling efforts, humanitarian and disaster relief airlift and rapid response and delivery capability
In light of the growing operational demand as a result of the War in Ukraine there has never been a more important time to view how the critical force multiplier of Military Airlift is employed, at the industrial, national and international levels.

Covering key mission areas such as resource pooling and sharing, humanitarian support, Air-to-Air Refuelling technical updates and news from multi-national and national procurement efforts – this comprehensive conference remains an essential calendar date for those in the airlift and AAR community.
