The World's Leading Conference Bringing Together The Greatest Minds Across Combat Aviation

Combat Air Power For The Multi-Domain Battlespace

Now in its 24th year, the International Fighter Conference (IFC) has gained a reputation as the world's premier event for all elements of the fighter aircraft community. We are delighted to confirm that the IFC will be returning to Berlin in 2024 to bring together experts from across international armed forces that are working to ensure air superiority as the domain becomes increasingly contested.

With many Future Combat Air Systems under development, from NGAD and FCAS, to GCAP and F/A-XX , there is much discussion around the technologies available and the operational environments that these systems will contend with when they enter service, as well as the growing role of industry expertise in these programmes.

Nations are working to integrate key systems into existing platforms which will enable the use of manned-unmanned teaming (MUM-T), artificial intelligence, and electronic warfare in future operations. Ensuring interoperability between these emerging capabilities and existing aircraft will be paramount to the success of air combat systems.

Observations from the Russia-Ukraine conflict will be key to establishing the future requirements and strategies of forces as they balance competing priorities. The conflict has highlighted the challenges associated with delivering air power from dispersed locations, effective training, and logistics - all of which must be fully addressed in order to sustain air superiority in the future battlespace.

Attracting over 350 attendees drawn from both senior military officers (60%) and industry personnel (40%) spanning the globe from the Americas and Europe, to the Middle East and Asia, this forum provides an annual opportunity for experts to remain at the forefront of airpower delivery in a quickly evolving operating environment.

Join us in Berlin in November 2024!
