Introducing Trust & Safety Summit 2025

Over the past year a lot has happened within the space, and today T&S leaders are struggling with the realities of complying with the evolving global regulatory environment - building resilient & robust policies to respond to emerging online harms, and managing T&S for effective moderation and enforcement at scale.

Themes for the summit in 2025 will explore:

  • Breaking Down T&S Silos: Unifying Policy, Engineering, Enforcement, Moderation & Compliance
  • The Regulatory Landscape & Preparedness - Where are we? What are we doing? What comes next?
  • Tangible Steps for Child Safety Online
  • Scaling Trust & Safety: Navigating Growth While Maintaining Integrity
  • Resilience & Transparency In International Policy Development
  • Best Practices For Effective Content Moderation Strategies
  • Safety by Design in Action: Implementing Proactive Trust & Safety Measures
  • Nurturing Relationships with Law Enforcement: Building Effective Partnerships in Trust & Safety Tangible Steps

What Happened at Trust & Safety Summit 2024?

Earlier this year we launched the Trust & Safety Summit, the first event of it's kind in the UK welcoming trust and safety professionals from enterprises across the UK & EU who are responsible for the challenging work of keeping platforms and communities safe.

The event was a huge success in its first year. With over 200 attendees joining us across the two days. Feedback was great and next year we're growing the event further - Introducing new streams, digging into topics deeper and introducing new contributors and platforms to the event.

Event Highlights

  • 200+ Attendees
  • 50+ Speakers
  • 6 Sponsors
  • 30+ Sessions

As the first UK T&S Summit, this event was well planned and managed and from knowing the landscape of T&S was the event to try and be at. Great speakers and great topics and look forward to next year or sooner.

Head of Child Safety Team, PGI

For me, the summit created the space to allow for some incredibly powerful moments to meet and talk with likeminded people whose focus is on making the internet safer for everyone. Loved it - roll on TSUK 2025!

Director, Deloitte

For too long, Trust & Safety has been an overwhelmingly US-hosted conversation. It was great to see London step up and host so many speakers bringing the best from the space on both sides of the Atlantic. The speakers were engaging and innovative and the sessions provided a springboard for further debate. Thoroughly enjoyed it and can't wait till next year!

Communications and Engagement Manager, Oversight Board

This event was a lovely surprise! A fantastic lineup of speakers, covering a broad range of relevant topics, along with good networking opportunities. The team were attentive and fun to work with, I would highly recommend it. I will be back!
