Greece has had recent challenges of unexploded world war I and II bombs being discovered and there is now a large focus on clearing up vast amounts of land of the unexploded bombs. Our event will bring together leading EOD officials from across Europe and North America to discuss current national EOD capabilities.
We are pleased to bring our Explosive Ordnance Seminar Europe conference and exhibition to Athens, Greece on the 17th - 19th September 2025. Bringing together senior military, law enforcement, civil agencies, and NGOs to discuss the latest EOD and demining challenges across the region, Europe and beyond.
Technology in EOD operations are also evolving with many new solutions being adopted to clear mines to help lower casualties. Solutions such as robotics and drones are now being used to assist with clearing mine sites especially in areas where it is difficult to detect mines.
