Past event: CRM for Government

On January 21, 2009, President Obama issued the White House Open Government Initiative aiming to provide American citizens an unprecedented level of government accessibility and transparency. Since then, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), in collaboration with the Federal Chief Technology Officer, have launched many programs promoting the President’s directive. Members of the Open Government Working Group, DATA.GOV, CIO Council, and other related group as well as industry all play a key factor in enabling constituents a better understanding of their government.

we presents our first ever Constituent Relationship Management for Government that will cover both the CRM needs of Federal Agencies as well as successful case studies and industry solutions. This program will cover:

  • A deep dive on the various CRM relationships: government to public, government to government, government to business, government to employee
