Currently there are no Covid 19 related restrictions on events being held in England. Furthermore places of hospitality such as bars, restaurants and hotels are operating normally. Unrestricted international travel is permitted for fully vaccinated individuals wishing to enter the United Kingdom from overseas.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the event due to Covid19 related restrictions we will refund all delegate, sponsor and exhibitor fees.

Refunds, Cancellations and Substitutions
To
be eligible for a full refund, the purchase has to be cancelled within 7
days. If you wish to cancel your attendance at a conference and/or
exhibition and you are unable to send a substitute, then we will
refund/credit 50% of the due fee less a £50 administration charge,
providing cancellation is made in writing and received at least 28 days
prior to the start of the event. Regretfully cancellation after this
time cannot be accepted. We will provide the conference documentation on
CD ROM to any delegate who has paid but is unable to attend for any
reason. We cannot accept cancellation of orders placed for documentation
on CD ROM as these are produced specifically to order. If we have to
cancel the event for any reason, then we will make a full refund
immediately, but disclaim any further liability.
