For security reasons, letters of invitation will be issued exclusively to registered conference participants. If Noveltics cancelling the event, registrants will receive a 100% credit of the registration fee. This credit can be utilized for another event within one year. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to future events.
If Noveltics postpones an event for any reason where you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will receive a 100% credit for the registration fee. This credit is valid for one year from the date of the event's postponement. We appreciate your flexibility and hope to accommodate you at a future event.
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other individuals from the same organization if the registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made in writing by the registered person to customerservices@asdevents.com. The transfer details should include the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number, and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified. Your cooperation in this process is appreciated, and we aim to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.
Participants are urged to apply for visas well in advance due to increased security measures. Noveltics Group does not directly contact embassies or consulates on behalf of visa applicants. Business visas should be sought.
Visa-related issues are not covered by the cancellation policy of Noveltics Group, including visa denial.
If you are unable to attend the conference and cannot transfer your registration to another person or event, the following refund measures will apply:

Hotels have their own cancellation policies, which typically apply when cancellations occur within 30 days of arrival. It is advisable to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your accommodation booking. We will provide you with the specific cancellation policy of your accommodation provider.
