Substitutes

Participants may designate a substitute attendee at any time prior to the event without incurring additional fees.

Dress Code

The dress code for the Masterclass is business attire. If uniforms are applicable, participants are invited to wear them.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event will receive a 75% refund.
• Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are not eligible for a refund; however, a substitute attendee may be designated.

Changes to Event

The organizers reserve the right to change speakers, content, venue, and date of the Masterclass. Any travel expenses incurred due to these updates are not covered by the organizers.
