Game Quality Forum Global 2025

The only event to bring together Quality Assurance and Localization professionals in one unique forum

June 24-26, 2025 - Lisbon, Portugal

Welcome to the Game Quality Forum!

On a Quest for a Hard Reset - Back to the Future for Global Gaming: Players, Product, Positivity

The Game Quality forum is on a quest - a quest to help the industry's unsung heroes to slay the dragons of layoffs, doing more with less and AI uncertainty.

After a tough few years, it's time for QA and Localization to rewrite their destiny and get back to building seamless, high-quality, localised and gamer-centric player experiences. As player demands change and as platform loyalty is replaced by platform diversity, our event remains the place to tackle every major quality issue. From promoting accessibility and personalising player experience, to delivering live service QA and assuring quality for complex games, we're the sword to your shield.

Every hero needs a respite from dragon slaying, so in 2025 we're about more than the technical challenges. Alongside the streamed QA & Localization sessions, we're launching a brand new content stream, live on the EXPO floor and covering all-important people issues. How do we address toxicity and protect our teams and players from online hate? How do we tackle burnout and build good culture around mental health? How do we place Diversity and Inclusion at the heart of our studios and our games?

In addition, we're co-locating Game Quality Forum with a brand new event, The Game Publishing and Marketing Summit. Why? One, because we realise that player community and support are part of a bigger publishing mission. Two, because QA and Localization are going through hectic change and we want to double our efforts to support them. Three, because Game Quality was launched to be the voice of the industry's unsung heroes, and many of those in publishing also need our help.

Two separate conferences. One bigger community. No dragons (probably). The hero's journey is never easy, but the prize - a hard reset for one of the most creative global industries - is more than worth fighting for.
