The
Digital Engineering for Defense Summit will bring together leaders from across the DoD, federal government, industry, academia, and other relevant stakeholders to modernize defense engineering and acquisition practices with digital engineering tools, technologies, and processes.
Topics to be Covered
- Leveraging Digital Tools to Transform How the DoD Approaches Integrated Mission Success
- Championing Digital Engineering Strategies, Policies, and Practices Across the DoD
- Leveraging Digital Transformation to Support DAF Acquisitions and Materiel Management
- Transforming Test & Evaluation to be Faster, More Reliable, and More Efficient with Digital Engineering
- Efforts to Advance Digital Engineering and Deliver Capabilities to the Warfighter with Speed and Agility
Why You Should Attend This Summit
To remain competitive against increasingly advanced adversaries, the United States is committed to delivering the warfighting advantage at speed and scale. To do so, the Department of Defense is prioritizing the modernization of its engineering practices to streamline and accelerate the development of advanced warfighting technologies, weapons, and platforms. DoD Instruction 5000.97 implements the use of digital engineering across acquisition and sustainment lifecycles to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and drive innovation in defense systems.
The 3rd annual
Digital Engineering for Defense Summit will focus on the integration of digital engineering tools, technologies, and practices that improve the design, development, acquisition, and life cycle management of complex defense systems. Attendees will hear from DoD leaders, innovative engineers, academia-members, and industry experts on the best ways to implement digital engineering practices for mission success. Topics of discussion will highlight advancements in modeling and simulation, digital twins, digital threads, AI/ML, and emerging technologies that are transforming the field of digital engineering. Join us at the 2025 Summit to engage with, ask questions of, and collaborate with key stakeholders to share best practices and discuss overcoming barriers to digital engineering adoption.
The team specializes in the extensive research and development of our Summits' content and focus areas, and we will assemble the most respected minds in digital engineering and digital transformation across military, academia, and industry. Our non-partisan approach allows us to reach across all services and organizations to bring together a truly holistic group of decision makers and solution providers.
At our Summit you have the ability to
- Gain Education & Insight: Walk away with knowledge gained from our senior level speakers on some of the complex challenges facing the digital engineering community.
- Build Partnerships: The agenda is designed to allow for ample networking opportunities and the ability to engage in constructive dialogue among all in attendance.
- Influence: Help foster ideas! Share your own insight and knowledge during our interactive sessions. All attendees are encouraged to address our speaker faculty and each other with their questions, comments or ideas.
